I was invited to by @joetaylorjr to be a Panelist along with Gigi Peterkin and @brelow. The session was great. We had over 30 people attend and cultivated great conversation. The biggest lesson I tried to impart is the 'mantra' that should be part of every brands voice. Not the mission statement, or business objectives, or marketing values; just the bottom-line of what you do for your customers. My favorite example is FedEx. Their mantra is 'peace of mind'. Peace of Mind that your package will reach where it needs to be, when it supposed to be there, without you having to obsessively track it every step of the way just to ease your stress levels.
